"Smooth delivery to Germany"
I ordered a camera lens from B&H to Germany i was mostly worried about dealing with customs and not knowing where my package was. But everything went really smoothly for me. The lens was packed well, shipped fast, and I could follow the tracking the whole time without any confusion. It even showed up earlier than I expected, and I liked that the fees were clear upfront so I didn’t get hit with any annoying surprise charges. I’m really happy with how my order turned out.

I had to exchange a lens, and it did go through fine in the end. The support team was helpful enough from what I could tell, but the updates felt slow and there was more back and forth than I expected. I don’t know if that’s always how it goes or if my case was just a little unlucky, but I wish the whole process had been quicker

"Reliable delivery every time"
Not gonna lie, ordering from B&H has been super easy. I got a camera lens from them and it showed up exactly when they said it would. The tracking updated like it should, and the box arrived in good shape. I’ve ordered from them a few times now and haven’t had anything show up late, which is why I keep going back.

Checking out on B&H Photo Video was smooth!! I found what I needed without any hassle, my cart updated like it was supposed to, and the shipping and tax were shown clearly before I paid... which I always appreciate!!! I also liked that it wasn’t constantly trying to throw random extra stuff at me. Payment went through fast, and the order confirmation email showed up right away!! Simple experience overall... I’d definitely use them again.

I had been checking a few different places for this lens, and B&H was the only one that actually had it in stock. Ordering was quick and easy, and thankfully there wasn’t any weird backorder surprise after the fact. it was just a relief to get it ordered without any hassle...

"Showed Up Way Faster Than Expected"
I ordered from bhphotovideo.com on a Monday night, figuring I probably wouldn’t see the package until much later in the week. But the shipping email came through quickly, and then it was at my door in two days. Everything was packed well, nothing looked rushed or careless, and there weren’t any annoying hold-ups. Definitely the kind of experience that makes me comfortable going back, especially when I need camera gear sooner rather than later

The camera showed up clean and was packed really well. The box did have a small dent, so I was a little worried at first... but everything inside was totally fine. Happy with it overall.

My lens ended up being backordered, which was a little annoying. But to be fair, they kept me updated the whole time and shipped it when they said they would. Not a perfect experience, but overall it was fine.

"Return Was Easier Than I Expected"
I had to return something to B&H i was a little nervous the refund was going to take forever, you know how that can be. But once they got the package back, the money showed up in just a few days. It wasn’t instant, but that seems reasonable, right? No extra hassle or weird back-and-forth either. I’m taking off one star just because dealing with returns is still kind of annoying in general, but overall it went better than I expected

"Actually decent prices for once"
I shopped around a few different camera stores for the lens I needed, because apparently buying camera gear has to feel like solving a mystery. B&H ended up being cheaper than the others, and the shipping wasn’t ridiculous either, which is refreshing. So yeah, next time I need gear, I’m probably checking them first before wasting time bouncing between tabs...

I’m definitely not a pro, so I wasn’t totally sure what I should be looking for, but the product info here was way more detailed than I expected. "Order verification was a bit of a hassle"
I ordered from B&H Photo Video and had to do the order verification thing before they shipped it out. At first I was a little annoyed because I just wanted the order to keep moving, and it felt kind of like when you’re ready to check out and then… you know. But the email was easy to understand, and once I replied they reviewed it quickly. Not perfect, but I get why they do it. After that, my order went through just fine.

"Helpful once I finally got through"
I was having trouble setting up a camera mic and had to reach out to B&H support. i was a little impatient because it took longer than I wanted to actually get connected with someone. But once I did, the guy really knew his stuff and helped me figure out the right cable without making it more complicated than it needed to be. Not a perfect experience, but overall it was solid
